Level 12

Scaling

Grow carefully after proving the basics

Growing is not the same as getting bigger quickly. Growth that outruns your quality, your cash or your people can sink a good business. This final level helps you decide whether to grow, how, and how fast, after you have proved the basics.

Entrepreneurs, groups and cooperatives with a product that sells steadily and who are thinking about doing more.

How this level is written

The lessons are practical teaching suggestions written by AfricAgric. The reading list is background reading, not the source of every sentence. Examples with numbers are invented and say so. Use the level as a way to think, then check facts and rules for your own place.

What you will learn

Not financial advice

This level teaches general ideas. It does not tell you whether to borrow, invest or hire. Rules, lenders and costs differ by country, so check with regulated providers, your cooperative or a qualified adviser before committing.

Where this level fits
